Task teams are groups of networks formed to support work in areas that are more volatile. We refer to these areas as HOT SPOTS and so far they include; Nyalenda, Kondele, Otonglo, Bus park, Obunga, Car wash, Muhoroni, Chemase and Nyakach. The teams are formed by 50 to 100 people from the communities who come together and then divide into groups of 20 persons per team. They then elect an 8-person committee for representation and organizing purposes

The Interfaith task team brings different religious communities like the Hindus, Christians, Muslims and other denominations that exist in Kisumu county for the purpose of reaching out the community’s needs as far as spiritual guidance is concerned without having to bias their different religious background
